We’re a family-owned wedding and event planning company led by a mother and two daughters, bringing together our individual strengths in planning, hospitality, design, creativity, and organization. From weddings and milestone celebrations to thoughtfully styled luxury picnics, we create experiences that feel personal, beautiful, and genuinely enjoyable.
Our approach is rooted in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a love for bringing people together. Whether we’re managing the logistics of a wedding day, designing the details of a special celebration, or creating an intimate picnic experience, our goal is simple: to take care of the details so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.

Tia Mireles
With nearly 17 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Tia brings a strong foundation in service, organization, quality, and attention to detail to every celebration.
After overseeing quality assurance and training for 24 hotels, she turned her lifelong love of weddings, events, design, and creating meaningful experiences into The Gifts Given. Today, as a Certified Wedding Planner and Certified Interior Decorator, Tia combines professional planning expertise with a natural eye for beautiful, functional details.
For Tia, the heart of every celebration is the people. Her goal is to create a planning experience that feels organized, supported, and personal—so her clients can relax, celebrate, and be fully present for the memories being made.

Tracy brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine love for bringing people together to The Gifts Given.
She believes the greatest investment we can make is in people and that celebrations have a beautiful way of creating connection. With a natural heart for hospitality and service, Tracy helps create experiences that feel welcoming, meaningful, and thoughtfully cared for.
Whether supporting the planning process, assisting with event details, or helping bring a celebration to life, Tracy approaches each client and gathering with care, intention, and a desire to make people feel truly valued.

Vickie Vaughn
Vickie is the creative heart behind many of the beautiful details at The Gifts Given. A lifelong creator with experience in real estate and home staging, she has a natural ability to see the possibilities in a space and transform ideas into something memorable.
From florals and décor to handcrafted details and event styling, Vickie brings creativity, resourcefulness, and a true love of making things beautiful. Her greatest joy comes from creating experiences that bring smiles, connection, and a little extra magic to life’s special moments.
