Designed for couples who have done the planning and are ready to entrust the final details to a professional. Beginning three months before your wedding, we'll step in to coordinate logistics, communicate with vendors, and thoughtfully guide every last detail—allowing you to relax, celebrate, and be fully present on your special day.

Assistant Coordinator
$40 per hour
Additional coordinators provide valuable support for larger guest counts, multiple
event spaces, extensive logistics, and enhanced guest experience.
Assistant Coordinator Requirements:

One Assistant Coordinator is required for weddings with 76–150 guests

Two Assistant Coordinators are required for weddings with 151–225 guests

Three Assistant Coordinators are required for weddings with 226–300 guests

Additional assistants may be required based on guest count, venue logistics,setup complexity, or event scope

Set-up & Tear-Down Services
Travel for Wedding Planning Services
Travel within 50 miles of Murrieta, California, roundtrip, is included. Additional travel fees may apply for venues outside of our local service area and will be discussed in advance.
